1. Introduction
LYN Driving School is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
- Full name, phone number, and email provided during enrolment
- Payment reference details for MTN MoMo transactions
- Driving history and licence information required for training
- National identification details required for permit processing
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process your enrolment and schedule driving sessions
- To assist with permit and licence applications at relevant authorities
- To communicate training schedules, updates, and reminders
- To process and verify payments made via MTN MoMo
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information only with UNRA and Uganda Police as required for permit processing, or with partner organisations if you enrol through a corporate arrangement.
5. Data Security
We store your information securely. Payment transactions are handled through MTN MoMo's secure platform. We do not store your MoMo PIN or banking credentials.

Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling with LYN Driving School, scheduling a lesson, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Enrolment & Payment
- Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via MTN MoMo or cash at our premises
- All fees are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are non-transferable
- Payment to +256 788 178 661 via MTN MoMo constitutes acceptance of these terms
- Receipts will be issued upon payment confirmation by our team
3. Refund Policy
- Cancellations 48+ hours before the first session: full refund minus 10% admin fee
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the first session: non-refundable
- No refunds once permit processing has commenced
- Rescheduling permitted with 24 hours' notice at no additional charge
4. Student Responsibilities
- Arrive on time — lateness over 20 minutes forfeits the session
- Present a valid national ID at enrolment
- Do not attend training under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Students under 18 require written parental or guardian consent
5. Training Sessions
- LYN Driving School may reschedule sessions due to vehicle maintenance or adverse conditions
- Minimum 24 hours' notice will be given for rescheduling by the school
- The school is not liable for delays caused by government agencies in permit processing
6. Liability
LYN Driving School carries insurance for all training vehicles. Students must follow all instructor instructions. The school is not liable for injury or loss resulting from failure to follow instructor guidance.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Uganda.
